 
SHIPPING POLICY All orders are dispatched same day Monday-Friday if purchase before 1pm of that working day, We offer free standard UK post to all customers regardless of order value, this class of post is via royal mail 48, this class of post carries a lead time of 2-4 working days, if the item is required a bit quicker, we do offer postage upgrades at a small charge which royal mail would charge us for this service, these services are royal mail 28, which has a lead time of 1-2 working days, or royal mail special delivery, which is next working day, all these time scales are covid dependant at the moment. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY If your item was bought online, over the phone or by mail order, as a customer you have consumer returns rights under the consumer contracts regulations. The Consumer Contracts Regulations gives you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods to them.
